Volunteer Management Programme

Over the last two years we have had funding to help improve the quality of Volunteer Management in Slough.

Dawn Iverson has done much work in setting up a training programme which she has successfully run over the last 18 months. As part of this we have also developed a set of standard documents that we are happy to share with you.

Although the project has now come to a close, please contact us to find out how we may still be able to help you in recruiting, training and managing your volunteers.
